Ever Elettronica means consolidated experience in motion control. Among the many fields in which we can offer smart and complete solutions for motion control, there is also that of automatic cutters. We can indeed provide solutions for the control of the axles of automatic cutters based both on stepper motors and on Brushless motors. Our systems allow for the control of the film feed and cutting axles, after selecting the ideal motor depending on the size of the machine and the type of material to be processed, all in order to optimise the performance/cost ratio. The programmable drives allow to manage the entire machine even in the absence of an additional PLC, allowing for the operating parameters to be set directly from the HMI and at the same time managing all cutting processes directly, including an electronic cam profile for on-the-fly cutting.
